Choose the best location
The next step is picking where to put the furnace. Selecting the best space for installation depends on the furnace type and your plans to fill the remaining space.
All manufacturers provide specific instructions on how to install the furnace. For instance, there are particular requirements for ventilation and clearance.
Before starting the installation process, ensure that you clean the area of debris and dirt.
If you install the furnace in your basement, ensure that you placed it on blocks about four inches off the ground. The blocks protect the heating system against issues such as flooding. If rubber pads do not accompany the furnace, buy some to reduce the noise levels when the furnace is running.

Connect the electrical supply

Connect the condensation drain
